The Best Men wedding band will perform their live reception showcase at the Wright’s Angler’s Rest on Sunday the 25th of January.

The Best Men will peform from 8:00pm to 9:00pm.

The band will groove up your weekend with a whirlwind run through every musical style from dance to rock and Bavarian Folk.

Ok, maybe not Bavarian Folk.

The band will give a perfect demonstration of their sound, their songs, without you having to gatecrash a wedding to see them. Nice one.

DIRECTIONS to the Angler’s Rest

From City Centre

o Travel westward along the quays, moving away from the city centre.
o At the end of Victoria quay, when opposite Heuston Station, turn right over the bridge and then turn immediately left onto Parkgate Street.
o Travel straight along Conyngham Road onto Chapelizod Road (R109) for 6 km, straight through both sets of traffic lights, heading towards Castleknock.
o At the 3rd set of lights (at Mount Sackville), take the left road down the hill to the Angler’s Rest

From M50

o Take the Blanchardstown exit off the M50 and follow signs for Castleknock.
(Make sure you take the immediate slip road off the City Centre exit on the M50 roundabout, that leads towards the Travelodge, turn right and straight through lights)
o Straight up Auburn Avenue.
o Turn right at the traffic lights at the end of Auburn Avenue. This will bring you into Castleknock village.
o At the next set of traffic lights (at Myo’s Pub) turn left.
o Go straight through the next set of lights
o Pass Mount Sackville on the left. At the next traffic lights, take the sharp right turn. Angler’s Rest is on your right!

From Lucan Village
o Coming from the west, drive through Lucan village and take a left at the roundabout at the end of Main Street.
o Drive over the bridge and veer to the right. This brings you onto the Strawberry Beds.
o Continue to travel straight along this road, for approximately 6 km.
o Watch out for the Anglers Rest pub on your left.
